What does a partnership with Stemma look like?
There are a number of ways you can work with us depending on the level of commitment, investment and timeline that suits you best.
Subject to Planning
Requiring no investment from you, we work to secure the planning consent needed to develop your land under agreement that we will buy the site outright if we are successful.
Joint Venture (JV)
Together, we collaborate to develop your land and sell the properties built. You contribute the site and we offer the resources and expertise needed to complete the project. Decision-making, responsibilities and profit are shared.
Option Agreement
For a set period of time, we hold a purchase agreement for your land while we secure the necessary permissions required to start development. This allows the sale to progress quickly once everything is in place.
Land Promotion Agreement
With no investment needed from you upfront, we promote your land for development in exchange for a share of the profits once the land is sold. This allows you to avoid the costs and risk associated with securing planning permission.
